This policy explains what Pixel Cloud Services collects, why we collect it, and how we look after it. Pixel Cloud Services (pixelcloudservices.online) is a work and project of MHM. Last updated 8 September 2026.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you send through our form or email: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and project notes.
- Project files such as logos, copy, product images and hosting logins you share so we can do the work.
- Technical data that your browser may send automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed. We do not sell this.
2. How we use it
We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare PKR quotes, deliver design, development, SEO or recovery work, send invoices, and improve this website. Data is processed by MHM operating Pixel Cloud Services. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
3. Hosting and processors
This site is built to run on Hostinger. Email may be delivered through Hostinger mail or PHP mail. Hosting providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. If we use analytics, it is only to understand which pages are useful — not to build advertising profiles.
4. Cookies
We use a session cookie so the contact form can check that a real visitor submitted it (CSRF protection). That cookie is not used for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry emails and project files are kept for as long as needed to finish the work, handle support, and meet tax or legal duties in Pakistan, then deleted or archived with access limited.
6. Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need it for a live project or legal record. Write to care@pixelcloudservices.online.
7. Security
We use HTTPS on the live domain, limit who can access client files, and never ask you to send card numbers through the contact form. No website is perfectly secure; please use unique passwords on hosting panels we access, and change them after handover.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
