These terms govern every project, quote and website we deliver as Pixel Cloud Services. By paying a deposit or asking us to start work, you agree to them. Last updated 18 August 2026.
1. Who we are
Pixel Cloud Services (pixelcloudservices.online) is a work and project of MHM, a sole proprietorship. Pixel Cloud Services is a brand and website used to offer website design, development, SEO, branding, UI and website recovery services. Legal responsibility for this site and its contracts sits with MHM. You can reach us at our contact page or care@pixelcloudservices.online.
2. Quotes and scope
Prices on this website are starting prices in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). A written quote defines the pages, features, revisions and timeline for your project. Work outside that scope is billed separately after you approve it.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide copy, logos, product data and access (hosting, domains, CMS) when we ask for them.
- Review drafts in a reasonable time. Delays on your side pause the timeline.
- Make sure you own or have licensed every asset you send us.
4. Hosting and third parties
We can prepare PHP sites for Hostinger and similar hosts. Domain, hosting, SSL, paid plugins, stock images, SMS or payment gateway fees are yours unless the quote says otherwise. We are not the hosting company and cannot control Hostinger outages or policy changes.
5. Intellectual property
Finished unique design and code for your project transfers to you after full payment. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Open-source libraries, fonts and stock assets stay under their own licences. Our internal tools, components and process remain ours.
6. Revisions
Packages include a set number of revision rounds, stated in the quote (typically two on design). Extra rounds or a change of direction after approval are billed as additional work.
7. SEO and results
SEO work improves technical health, structure and content. Rankings, traffic and sales depend on competition, Google updates and your own marketing. We do not guarantee first-page positions or a specific number of leads.
8. Recovery work
Website and data recovery is best-effort. We will tell you honestly if files, databases or backups cannot be restored. After cleanup we recommend hardening and fresh passwords. We are not liable for data that was already lost before you engaged us.
9. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, projects start after a 50% deposit. The remainder is due before final files, go-live or handover. Late invoices may pause work. All prices are PKR unless a quote is issued in another currency.
10. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific project that caused the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or third-party downtime.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If a part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
